  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 large cloves garlic, crushed

  • Remove steak from marinade. Discard marinade. Place steak on grill over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 8-9 minutes for medium-rare doneness, turning occasionally (do not overcook).
  • Carve steak into thin slivces.  Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Cook's Tips:

  • To broil, place steak on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 2-3 inches from heat. Broil 12-13 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning once. Do not overcook.
